OpinionBar Discussion

Hi guys,

I've been doing surveys for Opinionbar and I got over the £10 pay out limit. So I requested a payment for £10.25 on the 14 December, but I haven't received it yet! Its marked as pending and as been since then.

Looking through the help centre they say they process them at the beginning every month so if they did it begining of January I should have received it by now!

I tried sending them an email via their contact us option, but never got a reply!

Anyone else had any problems, or advice?

Thanks
M

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I did have a search and couldn't find an answer.

    Anyway to my question....

I have been doing surveys on OpinionBar and now want to get paid. However it won't let me put in my 8-digit bank account number (all UK bank accounts are 8 digits). An error comes up in German which I think translates as 'No you need a 9-digit number'. I did contact them via the website at this time but still no reply.

So me being clever put a zero in front of my account number e.g. 0xxxxxxxx. However have now had an email from OpinionBar saying that they couldn't pay me. I replied to this email and still have had no reply.

    HELP!!!

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas or suggestions would be gratefully received.

i reckon u might need ur iban or swift code number?? u should be able to get that if u look at ur statement
  • Tried that and it doesn't work. Both are too long!

This is so annoying and there doesn't seem to be anybody at OpinionBar who answers questions.

    Can anyone help?

Is there anyone out there a member of OpinionBar who is getting paid. Really need some help here!

    Thanks in advance.
  • I just requested mine out of interest after reading your post and i got this message Payment order received. You will receive an email once your payment is processed

So it all seems fine with mine?
    Winging life....
  • Have now contacted helpdesk twice, replied to an email saying that they could not process my payment and have contacted the parent company MetrixLab.

I just hope someone will answer me soon. In the meantime if you are planning to do surveys for OpinionBar be warned that you might not get paid.

    Hi,

I've been paid by opinionbar in the past, have just logged into my account and its showing a 8 digit account number, I dont want to change it to check incase i cant change it back but can only assume that the error your getting means they have changed the site since i entered my details in...
  • I am wondering if the website some how is linked to the 'german' payment - which might need 9 digits.

    The error I get is:
Waar kunt u uw 9-cijferige kaartnummer vinden?

I believe it means 'no you need a 9 digit number'.
