I'm getting an error message "Unfortunately we cannot process this request, as the selected account has uncleared transactions. You can view these transactions within your statement"

Does this just mean we have to wait a tad longer?

Mine has already been converted to an Easy Access E-Saver 18 but no interest has been added! Is that normal?

At what point should you try to withdraw the money and close the account?

The interest should be in uncleared transactions.

My 2018-2019 vm saver worked very well I used as a short term emergency type fund.
Today I learned a few extra pounds could be in wages June or July.
Not yet able to afford additional regular payments per month yet, more of deposits if and when manageable.

With last years ending and reverting to instant access -do I have to call to close this 1st before opening v11 2019.

Thanks , it was this very forum last years virgin money savings were recommended.

You seem to misunderstand how these accounts work. Or did work when they were available, spaced 2 months apart. I believe you can still get the store version, but no you didn't have to wait for this one to mature before opening it.

What's the simplest way to revert to reset 11 2019
