No glitch here - got £9.04 interest. Mind you I got £15.00 'goodwill' from VM for the breach error.

Only £15, they gave me £40! I didn't even ask for compensation, all I wanted to do was get them to fix the problem for the future issues.

I only wanted £15.00. I get embarassed when the question of compensation is brought up. In the past I've refused some, this time I was really annoyed because if I wanted the interest to be reinstated I had to send in a cheque / take it to a branch.

I haven't got a cheque book anymore and am currently 'stuck' 100 miles from home for a while. Anyway...£15.00 suited me fine.
