Gauntlets thrown all over the area and adding to the debris?:)
hardship/challenges over the placement of a bin? come on, seriously?
I am not allowed under forum rules to put a photo up of the tenant so that you guys could see, but if I was allowed, all the time she has on her hands could be seen for the whole world.0 -
Compensation for her own refusal to recycle? What a cheeky fracker.0

That would be compensation for having to move because of inadequate provision for removal of rubbish.
Anyway - that was the best thing to do to ask her if she wishes to surrender the tenancy with no penalty, followed by telling future tenants verbally that there basically isnt much in the way of provision for rubbish removal. Then they will know at the outset what the situation is (rather than only finding out if they read the small print - which a lot of us don't do).0 -

Believe me here if it had not been the rubbish this woman would have found something else, she claimed the business next door abused her when he’s been nothing but nice!0 -

Probably best to be shot then! With some people it is just one thing after another, if theyre not moaning about something they aren't happy, but make no efforts to solve their issues themselves. Particularly annoying when the issues are of their own making.0
