No, that was bad luck! We normally tell people to gather evidence on foot and not park there again.

And @coupon-mad I will try and find that info for you... didnt write it down but it should be on the dismissal letter.

Even if you don't know the Judge's name it's good that we know which court agreed with your side like that, and granted your costs.

It was Watford Country Court and Deputy District Judge Colquhoun.

I am going to write to UKPCM to try and abolish this as the period to appeal to the ISA has passed as the original appeal dismissal correctly filtered to my junk email so I didn't see it until they sent me a formal demand in the post.

Has anyone had experience with appealing to ISA ? Would it be better to let court decide again... I have a good 4 points which the judge provided within the dismissal which are all still valid.
