It was Watford Country Court and Deputy District Judge Colquhoun.
I am going to write to UKPCM to try and abolish this as the period to appeal to the ISA has passed as the original appeal dismissal correctly filtered to my junk email so I didn't see it until they sent me a formal demand in the post.
Has anyone had experience with appealing to ISA ? Would it be better to let court decide again... I have a good 4 points which the judge provided within the dismissal which are all still valid.
Thanks all.0 -
Has anyone had experience with appealing to IAS?
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/64350600#Comment_64350600Here I explain my reasons why I don't recommend trying the appeal at IAS stage, except in very rare cases where you have a slam-dunk winning point:

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT PAY £15 FOR THE 'BINDING' IAS VERSION!
Please don't start a thread asking if you should appeal to the IAS unless you have very rare circumstances that might make yours worth a try.
The answer is NO, do not try IAS at all.
