No, Keith, I was waiting for a reply to see if I posted the first one correctly so I could then post all six, but thanks for looking. I usually post on the flight delay forum and if you have had a delayed flight in the last 6 years in England or Wales or 5 years in Scotland and were delayed more than 3 hours let me know and I will help you or anyone who wants's my help.

    Reply and ask for:

    - the evidence that the bike was not displaying a permit, as the PCN does not show that, just a picture of a properly parked bike (no close up to prove 'no permit')

    - the evidence of where the bike was parked, as the picture on the PCN just shows a properly parked bike on an unidentified piece of tarmac with no signs in view

    - the photos of the signs taken on that day, and a close up (not a stock photo)

    - evidence that the landowner authority required motorbikes to display permit and how, since they have no suitable or secure dashboard or windscreen, and the signs (if they mention permits at all) are likely to only state dashboard/windscreen display which can only refer to cars/vans.

    - evidence that motorbikes are/were not exempt from the enforcement regulations

    - a copy of the appeal that led to the rejection letter being issued

    - why POPLA was not offered at the time, despite the BPA AOS membership

    - whether the Claimant is relying on - and has complied with - the POFA Schedule 4 to hold the registered keeper liable and if not, their evidence as to who parked the bike
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
