    The small print isn't that clear, but it looks like a compliant NtK. Excel (and VCS) sharpened up their act on this in the past 12 months or so.

    Thanks Umkomaas, I'm thinking the same myself but it wont put me off defending if they start with a court claim, unfortunately I'm firmly in the game now
