finally had a rejection email to our appeal and i've been given a POPLA code. Only taken 2 and a half months since the original "offence" took place.
So I suppose now i need to put together appeal and have it vetted on here by the experts?0 -

And post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread will suggest how you might go about doing that.
What was Steve Clark's response to your BPA complaint?0 -
No response from Steve yet.
Update: The registered keeper has received a Final Reminder letter with the fee increased to £115. This letter is dated just 3 days after the initial appeal rejection email. Surely they can't do this?
I will be putting together my POPLA appeal but any tips on what to concentrate on the most? I assume Grace periods is a challenge as we were timed at a combined 31 minutes overstay by ANPR.
thanks

Nor will grace periods, not for half an hour.Standupforyourself wrote: »btw, a very helpful publican has sent me pictures of the cark park's signage. Shall i post them here and see what people think of their "quality"?
Yes.Latest from PP is that they are now pursuing the registered keeper.
And the land is under statutory control? LOL!
Search the forum for POPLA statutory control council and copy one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

yes i put in a GDPR request to strike off the fact i'd put myself as driver by mistake. So they are now pursuing the registered keeper.
Chronology is they sent out notice to keeper, then pursued the "driver" and have now changed back to keeper after the GDPR request which was sent as a second appeal on their online portal. And now they have sent a final reminder to keeper despite only having sent the POPLA code 3 days before. I complained to BPA and they are "investigating".0 -
how do i post a picture btw?0

Yes.
Hang on, so the POPLA code has been given not to you, but to the rk now?

yes, the POPLA code is addressed to the registered keeper. I have searched using the key words mentioned but i dont know what I'm looking for? Is there something specific here that exonerates the keeper from liability? The land is council owned.
Incidentally, i have written to the council three times to complain and to request a copy of the contract with PP but to no avail.0 -
