Money Boxes

I think it's a great idea, that way everytime the money box becomes full, you can easily estimate how much is in each money box

I've got a pigsback pink piggy for my £2's and one of those paint-your-own piggies for 20ps-and-smaller-coins and ds has a sheep for his pocket money. I might ask Santa for a terrimundi, but I hate the thought that I will have to rbeak it at some point

benbenandme, you can get the money out without breaking a terramundi, you just have to devote the best part of a day to it. There's a definite technique to it. It's all in the wrist action

We have a money box that we put 1ps,2ps, and 5ps in and another we put 10ps and 20ps in (although we don't save all of these, just if we have a purse/pocket full).
Then a 3rd money box has the money we've found (on the ground, in trolleys/venders etc) , we were given that one for Christmas last year so I thought I'd put it to use! This money goes in my Olympic Challenge.
I like the fun of sorting it all and finding out how much is there and bagging it up every few months so this system works well with us.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000
