In all the congratulating (congrats, BTW ) the above seems to have been overlooked. I don't think you do need to do anything (other than maybe call/email the court to make sure the claim really has been discontinued), but I'm not clued up enough with this process to state this as absolute advice.

If they have dc'd then there is nothing for you to do in terms of actions, but youcol d call the court and confirm with them that they have the notice.

Thank you nosferatu 1001, I have received an email from CCBC that case was discontinued, so now I have got it in writing, seems it cannot be re-opened again. My special thank you to KeithP and Coupon-Mad for formulating replies and patience.

AMAZING .... all the bluster from BWL and they discontinue ?   Suppose better than another spanking

Keep your eyes peeled  on this forum ... another OP being taken to court by BWLegal on behalf of KBT Cornwall did not attend the hearing for personal reasons.  Today he got the judgement through and even though he did not attend, the judge dismissed the case with no leave to appeal for BWLegal.

Had BWLegal  understood the case as good legals should do, they would never have wasted so much money leaving KBT hanging out to dry in the Cornish sunshine ?

Leave it to the OP to explain with the court report

Thank you, it was not but help from Coupon-Mad who formulated it partly for all of us helped and I just added my own words into it, so let's hope drivers with genuine reasons will be not punished anymore. Good luck
