Yep, youre told to send to the claiant, because they are a party to this claim
3 parties, you, claimant, court.3 -
When we say Claimant we OBVIOUSLY mean via their solicitors...that's why they are using them.
Have you done this yet (sorry to nag, but THIS is how Joe Public will make changes happen):AND - please now make a real difference - A TASK FOR SEPTEMBER.
The Government is (this month only) consulting about a new statutory code of practice (CoP) and framework to rein in the rogue parking firms. Read and comment on the draft CoP proposal and the enforcement framework consultation, and get everyone you know to do the same.
You will need to register to comment on the CoP and enter an occupation even if you are retired or a homemaker, but otherwise it is easy to navigate, and comment upon each section/subsection individually. You can save comments to edit later and or submit comments once you are happy with them.
https://standardsdevelopment.bsigroup.com/projects/2020-00193#/section
You do not need to register to comment on the enforcement framework which can be found here. It has a link on page 5 to make comments.

At the very least, we say the parking charge level should be £50/£25 or higher level £70/£35, as per Council PCNs in E&W.
And we say the added fake 'debt recovery' costs are just double counting the cost of letters, and MUST GO because that is unfair and illegal.
Please be heard. You can bet the hundreds of PPCs will be commenting. No apologies for repeating this vital 'call for action' to consumers, on every thread this month!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I replied Coupon-Mad thank you. Well BWLegal was trying to get money for them but in court papers is claimant PPS, so no mention about BWL, so it means I should send it to PPS somewhere -apologise if I am wrong, I suppose as foreigner it is not too bad1
-
Look again at your County Court Claim Form.
In particular, the box labelled:Address for sending documents and payments2 -
Yep, see above. There is zero ambiguity, because the c,aim form explicitly tells you.2
-
Hi guys, well all I have is General Direction Order which says claim no PPS as claimant and to take notice that I have to send by 28.9 DQ and file it with court office at the address and serve copies on all other parties, nothing else, copy of my defence is crossed, so not enclosed and I have DQ enclosed with stamp from Northampton CCBC and claim No.0
-
So the only address provided is the court office address in Northampton which I do not need as am sending it by email as suggested.0
-
btw for Coupon-Mad I have done my homework as suggested as per links sent...1
-
Then because you have thrown away all your paperwork, you will have find out an address for the Claimant.
You could ask the CCBC to email you a copy of the Claim Form I suppose.2 -
OK looking back to 14.9.2018 found Claim Form with PPS limited as Claimant Newton Abbot Devon address and yes it says address for sending documents and payments if different is BW Legal in Leeds as Claimant's Legal Representative so regardless BW Legal is not mentioned now on any paperwork I am sending it to their email address I need to find somewhere as on their website my case is closed.0
