Letter of claim from bwlegal

Seems like I will have to send an email to CCBC by 28.9.2020 and post it to BW Legal to Enterprise house, 1 Apex View, Leeds, LS11 9BH, nothing to PPS in Newton Abbot, Devon. Am I correct? I cannot see any email address for BW legal only complaints email address.

There are plenty of BW Legal email addresses on the forum I expect.  No need to send a DQ to PPS, no.  BW Legal unstayed all these cases.

As for BW legal email address I do not want to send it to wrong one, it is like with CCBC, if I would not ask would send it to ccbc@justice.gov.uk instead of ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk, just to explain my point, thank you for your help.

I believe the correct one should be Parking@bwlegal.co.uk

If you're unsure and want to cover all eventualities, send it to every BWL email address you have. And for good measure, send a copy by post with a free Certificate of Posting from your PO counter. We don't keep a list of email addresses, there will be addresses on the forum, but we would need to search for them, just the same as you would need to do.

Hi as a matter of interest, if one would send documents by E-mail, it would come with reply that documents are not accepted for court if you send it to parking@bwlegal.co.uk, you need to send it to disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk ( I posted it also as suggested here)

Hello everybody. I would like to thank you all for your help, I received today letter from bw legal Notice of discontinuance that the claimant discontinues all of this claim against defendant, There is note on top left corner saying: Where another party must consent to the proceedings being discontinued, a copy of their consent must be attached to, and served with, this form. Do I have to do anything else now? Something like I accept or it is closed now.? Seems all done for good...:-)

Well done, good news.  The mind boggles that this bunch waste their money only to discontinue ?
