The suggestion in the letter from BW Legal is that you should withdraw your Defence if you accept their offer and I can see nothing wrong with that.

There is nothing in that letter to suggest that you should withdraw your Defence otherwise.

I was reading when and in what circumstances is counterclaim possible, but I am not going to do it, will keep it as it is and see what happens in 14 days.

My issue is, they have it at the top of page 2 as an instruction and there are plenty of stupid people who would believe it because it's on headed notepaper from a solicitor. Now you and I would not fall for it, but I suspect some consumers have.

Yes and they are asking again about my personal financial situation regardless I do not admit any liability. They are just pushing it from every angle, seems it will go to court, so that judge will have to decide.
I feel they have done something like an offer because they refused my £10 for 10 minutes the past to show they tried to come to conclusion. If it would be longer than 10 minutes, I would believe I can lose the case, not within 10 minutes. Will see...

    Any update?
  • I have received a letter from BW legal with photos of my old car from July 2016 , I followed the advice from this site of previous letters from premier parking solutions issuing a 100 pound fine to ignore them . I have now received from bw legal pictures of my car and stating to pay by February 9th or I will be issued a CCJ , it has risen to £260 .
I showed this to citizens advice who said I should pay this due to the sign in the photo ? I know I’ve probably posted this on the wrong forum but any help would be most grateful , do I pay this ????

THey are not stating they will "issue a CCJ". They cannto do this.
They are syaing they will raise a claim, nothing more.

You have posted in SOMEONE ELSES thread, which is of course rude - youre doing the equivalent of stepping into line and yelling for help, in front of the person stood at the front of the queue.
