Oooops just spent some money on this.....

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Waterpik-Cordless-Dental-Cleaning-irrigator/dp/B0012GS292/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1215369565&sr=8-4

I only paid £16.96 as used my £15 Amazon vouchers but it will come in handy for when i have my braces and i hate flossing plus been recommended by a brace site i visit. Plus did it via cashback rewards so will get 4% back, they give it on the whole amount even if you use vouchers too! :D

I really need to work out how much money i have left, another 17 days until payday

    Hi Lil Miss,

Good news about the BT Bill, i do like it when you get a bill thats cheaper than usual.

It sounds like you've had a very productive weekend with the Bingo, and betting.

Great news about the diet, you're doing great.

    Hiya all,

The money is still rolling out..... spent £47 in Tesco today and £5 of that was on cakes for me to take into work tomorrow for my birthday! So should be the other way round but thats how it goes!

Also spent £4.88 in garage on lunch and a mag (Dad gave me a fiver) but yesterday was a NSD.

My other John Lewis voucher showed up today so i have £20 of them now and also my brother has given me a £20 W H Smiths Gift voucher for my birthday (opened tonight as envelope was damaged and worried something might have been stolen) which i know i won't spend so thinking of putting that on eBay tonight too.....i feel a bit guilty but i really need the money towards my braces and every litttle helps! :o

    Hiya Lil Miss,

I never really understood that too, why the birthday person has to buy the cakes, shouldn't it be the other way round like you say, hey ho!!!

As its your birthday pressies shouldn't you treat yourself a little? i know you need the money for your braces but your birthday only comes once a year, you should treat yourself with whatever vouchers/money you get. However, as you say, you really need the money to put towards something you really need, so in a way thats a gift to yourself.

I am treating myself to a £70 hair cut , getting it cut and coloured which i never do, i always colour it myself and had a fight with myself over booking it but the rest of the money is going towards my braces, thats a treat in a way, just more of a painful one :rotfl:

Also going with if i have nice hair people might not notice the braces so much lol.

Just put the gift vouchers on eBay and thinking of selling all my Tesco Baby Points too as could make another £20 there and i can't afford to waste money on extra stuff to get the points right now!

EDIT: Just put them on too. Wondering if there is anything else i can sell!

:T i'm glad your treating yourself, you deserve it. Its crazy how much it costs to get your hair cut and coloured, i try to have mine done every 6 weeks but i'm stuggling to be able to afford £90 every time.

Well done listing the vouchers on ebay, vouchers normally do well, i think most of the time they go for only a few pounds less than what they are worth.

First of all....Happy Birthday! :j

Well done on the Ebay listing. How much worth of vouchers have you put on altogether?

What colour you having your hair done? My mum dyes my hair for me with a home dye kit. I feather the front with a feathering blade and mum also trims the back! I havent been to hairdressers since October before i went aboard.:rotfl: Next month i might actually get it cut now im DF as mum cant do layers....we dont know how they do it! I would like to get my hair coloured properly too as my hair sometimes looks brassy blonde. But like hayley said you have to get your roots done every 6 weeks which adds upto alot of money.
