Having read the thread Redx suggested, I think Jopson and signage is my defence. When I requested SAR, the photo of signage provided is not legible. Would it be advisable to go and take pictures of the signage in the car park and also the entrance to car park to determine how to use in defence ?

Also regarding  the additional charge of £60, is there any point in asking DCBL about how they can justify this or am I past this  point. I guess I can bring this up later in court if it comes to that.

Also they have sent a copy of the agreement between FP and the landowner. One of the parties is actually Securitas Security who are acting on behalf of the university.

    Thanks

Always get your own images of the site and signage, and pic the ones that best support your case including the illegible ones from the scammers themselves.

Show us the alleged contract please. Do not redact anything yourself, but please tell us if there are any redactions.
A contract must be with or flowing from the landowners. If it is between the scammers and an agent, then there must be a contract between the landowner and agent, authorising said agent to act on the landowner's behalf and allow them to form contracts with a third party.

Wow, a non-landowner agreement alleging that the client (not F1rst, the other party) has been authorised to arrange parking management, yet no proof of that!  This is not a landowner agreement as required by the BPA and in order to get DVLA data.

I assume the boxes with red outlines are their redactions.
