If you're stopping at other chains (Marriot etc) sign up for their cards too.
I have about 15 frequent flyer cards for airlines / hotels / cars.
These things add up!
Plus - If you're a Hilton Honours member you might be lucky to get a hotel in the hilton group that has a "Hilton Honours" floor which will be slightly nicer than the rest.
The only place I've seen one of these mind was the Embassy Suites in Burlingame (couple of miles from SFO).0 -

i don't know what dates were there, all i know is, I go on the 4th, back on the 21st. and some happens in the middle.
i'm flying with Virgin, but booked holiday through north america travel service. can i still redeem air miles for this?0 -

BA - If you're on a cheapo ticket you'll probably get no points.
Virgin - If you're on a cheap ticket you'll probably get 75% of the miles flown. They used to give full miles up until about 12 months ago.
Both can be claimed up to 6 months after the journey.
