Virgin account added to credit file

Hi all,
Got my credit file update today only to see a Virgin hard credit search was preformed last month and a new telecoms account has been added...but i do not have anything virgin related. Clear score lists the new accounts last four numbers
Called virgin mobile who said i do not have a account with them and the tv/broadband people wouldn't even look unless i had a account number
Any ideas what to do now?

Write a complaint to virgin and raise a dispute on all 3 CRA’s0

check all 3 credit reports to see exactly what is being recorded.
