Me too. It's very bad communication, but everything points to it being genuine. The email address is clearly Cardiff Gov. I did a search on "Blwch SP 9000/ PO Box 9000 Caerdydd/ Cardiff CF10 3WD" and it's clear that this is the address for payments to Cardiff Council.
Go over to pepipoo and see what they know.0 -
You also post on pepipoo?
It was the posts about:
trains and TOCs
Scotland
the 'Maybot'
and the sudden knowledge from newbie to 'expert' that made other people point you out to me.
No 'stalking' involved (I've been stalked before by some half-wit but that was soon quashed).
No issue with newbies, and we are nice to all newbies.
Just pointing out your posting style is familiar.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1. I do not post on pepipoo, but I know of it.
2. I already explained why I know about trains and TOCs
3. I don't recall posting about Scotland and I have no idea why that would be relevant to anything
4. Maybot is a very well known description of our glorious PM and again I have no idea why that is relevant
As for the newbie to expert, I think you'll find that I restrict myself to some very specific areas. I am a very quick learner and dealing with contracts and complex issues is not new to me. It's not difficult to understand some key points, like the keeper and the driver, that it's all a scam, that appeals are always rejected, that IAS is a waste of space. You won't find me saying anything about AOS, WS, Defences.0 -
What's odd is not asking who. A newbie mistaken for another poster, would wonder who.
Plus, one wonders, why ask me (specifically me) about Section 10 of the DPA, even though this newbie registered months after I changed the Newbies thread appeal to remove that bit.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You are making up hidden tests for me to pass and then blaming me, because I don't behave as you think. Think about it, isn't that all a bit strange?0 -

You are paranoid. I did a lot of searching and found several posts. I was trying to sort the wheat from the chaff. If I asked you it was because you'd replied. There is no hidden meaning!0 -
Your reasoning seems as twisted as expecting people to prove a negative.
