Argos wont let me return my tent

How lazy do you have to be to take it back covered in soil and grass and still expect a full refund just because you changed your mind?

Reminds me of when I worked in a clothes shop and dirty skanks would bring back clothes with sweat stains on or covered in dog hairs all because they changed their mind. Bah.

So this person bought the tent, set it up outside, changed their mind, packed it away dirty and expected Argos to just let them return.

I have always found Argos very good, I have occasionally taken something back unused and have had a refund, I have taken something back geuinely faulty and they have not even checked.

My fear is that more people like the OP will make them change their very generous policy. They don't have to have that policy, they can say you can look at it in store to check it is OK then that is that. Would not be surprised to see a pllicy change in the very near future

That said, as OP got it by home delivery then she should have gone through that channel for the return.
