I've just tried getting a quote on their website using a RAF code mentioned earlier on this thread and it offers me the tariff - "Beat The Cap Extra - Jul19".
Am I missing something ??0 -

I’ve bitten the bullet and moved to orbit from powershop. So far so smooth with the switch. Hopefully all will continue like this0

Just registered, activated and logged in.
So far, so good0 -
Trying to switch to the 'Beat the Cap' product this morning and getting nowhere - the 'rotating clock face' symbol for ages. Emailed ORBIT two hours ago to ask if they were having a systems problem, no response as yet. Not great so far!!0

So I now have my energy supplied by Orbit.
No dramas and the transfer went very well.
Questions for anyone already supplied by orbit
1) how often do orbit produce bills
2) what dates are they created on
I’m running a spreadsheet with my own readings so I can keep an eye out on any billing problems.
Thanks0 -
I am currently changing from Npower to Orbit, should save in excess of £500
Emails very clear on the process, with dates on when things will happen.
I have submitted my first meter reading via websiteOfficial DFW Nerd Club - 184

I joined in August and everything's gone well so far. I find they're very quick to reply to any queries too.
Irishesman, I emailed to ask about the billing too. I was told they produce bills quarterly rather than monthly and it's on the 3 month anniversary of when you first joined.irishesman wrote: »So I now have my energy supplied by Orbit.

Have just switched dual fuel to Orbit energy, early days but all fine so far. Offer of £50 below will add to the savings - feel free to use, although it may only be valid on some tariffs. Please post here if you successfully use it.
