Onspeed would be a pointless purchase.

DVD burning software or DVD copying software?

DVD burning software and copying software too.

Onspeed I thought was a marketing Gimmick True.

Super Video Splitter seems excellent very User friendly is it the only software
    in that league its 30-00Usdollars

I managed to reduce The DVD too 124 MBs from 1.1 GB's

I got a MagicDvdRipper from Ebay but it does not seem to be a uptodate version looks like I will have get the original one.

You'd need a dvd drive and burning software. Vista has it built in, can't remember if Xp has.
You seem to want to buy a lot of things just for this upload, it must be important!
I was on quite a low adsl when I first uploaded to youtube, and it seems to be trial and error- sometimes it uploads very quickly, other times it can take hours and not upload at all.
Can this video you have be downloaded from anywhere? if so I could convert and compress it for you?

No it cannot be downloaded from anywhere,
Is there File Transfer Software I could use to transfer it you?
    Thanks for the offer:)

Obviously you don't need to do this now, as you've learnt to compress the files yourself.

If you do decide to purchase Magic DVD Ripper, they also sell a DVD Copier for a extra US$15.

The have a trial available, to see if it suits your needs, as do Super Video Splitter: http://www.witcobber.com/

I'm sure others can point out some free alternatives, so you can try those first to see if they are suitable.

Your final choice may depend on how often you intend to use the software.

    Again
