I have sent a drop hands offer to Gladstones on 06/04/2020 and I have not heard anything back from them. Should I send another email chasing them up for a decision?

They will be pondering whether to discontinue or get a spanking in court

That is a very big decision for Gladstones ????  If they don't respond you show your letter to the judge

You can't show the judge anything until the day of the hearing. If you are still in time you might be able to submit a supplementary WS in advance.

Did you tell the court again in writing that due to your medical issue, a 'phone or video hearing in private is impossible, and since you rely on face to face communication you would be severely disadvantaged by a hearing on papers? The court must make reasonable adjustments for you in accordance with the EA 2010.

I've gone past the original deadline to submit a WST, however since court has postponed due to the pandemic; I don't know if this also postpone the deadline for WST. I have not been given any information on this.

Did the court postpone the hearing as a result of you telling them about you medical condition, or the corona virus, or is there still the possibility that you could still be asked to partake in a 'phone or video hearing in private

What you are saying is that no-one has told you that you can delay filing and serving your Witness Statement.

Could that be because you are not being given the option to delay filing and serving your Witness Statement?

Why do you think you should be allowed extra time to file and serve your Witness Statement?

The judge will start and listen to the claimant.  He will then ask you to speak, then you strike, either show a printed copy or on your phone.   In a case I attended, same email, fake £60, drop hands offer, the judge asked the D "how do you know it was received".  The D said that more than a probability it was received as it never bounced back to me ?   Hmm said the judge, he turned to the dozy claimant and said "did you know about this email"?  NO SIR was the reply ..... Judge said things are not going well for you are they ... reply NO SIR
JUDGE ... Case dismissed £100 costs.

That was BWLegal and you are dealing with an even more incompetent bunch being Gladstones

Help the judge to reach the right decision
Not saying the same will happen as each judge will have their own little orgasm whilst playing Judge Bingo online

See here for the exact reason why the court has been vacated (I realised postponed is the wrong word):
I have already served my WST to the Judge and sent a copy to the claimant; am I able to make another statement at this point? It's all a bit confusing now.

I've just received a letter and I don't know if you've seen this or not: Click here
Should I contact Gladstones and ask for the charges to be dropped, otherwise to forget it and settle it at the hearing? As for options on where the hearing can be held, my problem is I cannot do telephone or video calls as I am completely deaf in both ears, and I wear a cochlear implant on my right ear. I heavily rely on communicating face to face in order to understand what has been said. With that being said, I'll have to write an email to Walsall county, with my explanation, and ask for the hearing to be held at court. Having said that, should I mention anything about abuse of process and how other claims have been dismissed?

I see, so I don't need to submit a copy of my email prior to court then, or create another WST declaring the emails as evidence? I can print off a copy of my emails and raise it at court?
    Trying to understand the procedure.
