You don't submit Witness Statements to CCBC, they should go to the court where the case is to be heard.  Also we advise hand delivering the WS along with evidence and summary costs assessment in a ring binder tabbed, indexed and colour coded.  You are free to e-mail (if permitted by the claimant) to the claimant.
Thank you - and is my WST sufficient enough or do you feel I should add/clarify things?

    3. I was bombarded by countless of letters from a debt recovery company called Debt Recovery Plus Ltd (DRP) and Gladstones Solicitors demanding that I pay the parking charge of £160. These have been exhibited as EXHIBIT (all letters received)
Adjust as above.  You might want to use this to show the unreasonable behaviour of the claimant and use this as an example of harassment.
You need to rework all your points about signage as you clearly know that visitor permits are required (you went to fetch one) and the fact that you couldn't read the signs was immaterial IMO.  I know it is supporting your defence (hopefully) but it seems strange to be stating you cannot read the signs but then went off to get a visitor permit.  There is much more useful information now about the overcharging by PPCs and solicitors as Coupon-mad has posted about her latest experience in Southampton HERE.

Thanks, I've updated my statement however I'm not able to post it. It's 4.6k words too long!
Is there a way I can post my updated WST?

To respond to your comments, I understand your point here but I could argue that my then-partner was the one who told me to place a permit on my car?

Just post the bits you have changed.  Regarding the permit and signage, that seems a sensible argument and one you should be able to put forward in the hearing if required.  In that case leave it all in place.

I did make quite a few changes - I've posted it onto a text uploader website: http://txt.do/1j14g
Thanks very much for your help.

Should I email to Gladstones or to the PCN company?

Does bargepole's guide not tell you this? Have you checked that emailing is permitted?

The address for sending stuff to the Claimant is clearly set out on your Claim Form - in the box headed Address for sending documents and payments.

Hi everyone, I hope you're all keeping safe.
I've just received a letter and I don't know if you've seen this or not: Click here
Should I contact Gladstones and ask for the charges to be dropped, otherwise to forget it and settle it at the hearing? As for options on where the hearing can be held, my problem is I cannot do telephone or video calls as I am completely deaf in both ears, and I wear a cochlear implant on my right ear. I heavily rely on communicating face to face in order to understand what has been said. With that being said, I'll have to write an email to Walsall county, with my explanation, and ask for the hearing to be held at court. Having said that, should I mention anything about abuse of process and how other claims have been dismissed?
