Problem With Credit Club

I've used Credit Club almost since it started and had no problems, nor with using Experian separately when getting a credit report.
For the last few months however when I get an email saying your new thing is ready and I log in, there are no recommendations for credit cards 'N/A' and when I look at the credit file section there is nothing there, eg 0 credit accounts etc when that is not the case.
Clearscore also seems not be able to give me any card recommendations when it used to as well, I don't know if that's a coincidence?

Raise a dispute with the CRAs.
This happened to my DS when he moved. A quick dispute with Clearscore sorted it out in a few weeks.
Have you moved recently? - it's odd that it's with 2 CRAs.
