    Hello, thanks for the new thread :beer:

    More than happy to log a -3lb loss this week, think I am trying harder to try and spur DD on a bit, whatever the reason I'm happy with it :)

    Tonight burgers with mushrooms as the bun, first time of doing these :D

    No, she does 5 groups, 2 on a Monday at 5.30 and 7.30 and 3 groups on a Thursday at 9.30, 11.30 and 5pm. She'd do an extra Thursday at 7pm if she could have the venue but it's booked out for a Clubbersize class.

    Wish she would do less of the going round the room but a lot of people won't talk unless they are asked dierectly.

    Yes i meant same day, my consultant does1 or more every day apart from Friday:eek: but she has only just given Friday up and that group has over 100 every Friday Morning:eek:
