Well done bubbs , gtq and sky . Great results! :T
Sorry to hear about your accident beanie
Some very peculiar words on here tonight. Lat? Shoogle? I'm sure you just made them up.0 -
I’m very late getting on here tonight – or very early this morning!
Well done, gtq. Fab losses, bubbs and Sky.
beanie, I hope you’ve not hurt yourself too badly. I love the word ‘shoogle’. Think of a Southampton manager, maman – you might say, “His coat’s on a shoogly peg.”
Breakfast: muesli (B), strawberries, blueberries, ff natural yogurt
Lunch: baked potato, 5 Beanz, cheese (A), mixed leaves, carrot, sweetcorn, Milky Way (4)
Dinner: steak, red peppers, baby sweetcorn, sweet potato chips, lemon froyo (6)
Snack later: shortbread (5)

I get the sentiment greentiger. Fortunately it's so hot here that Sparky probably doesn't need a coat so he may stay for a few months at least.:D
Not sure about today as have to do my meal plan and shop later. I've started well with Weetabix and red berries.
Just looked at my diary and a heavy period of eating out is starting from 8th August so that gives me a window between now and then to hopefully get back into target range. That'll motivate me to be good until then. It's a constant juggling act being at target. At least it is the way I choose to do it.:o0 -
