Thanks for the new thread Chris[/B. Well done to the joint SOTW.

]ust back from the tip having taken the old sink & cupboard; shower screen, wall cupboard & various other bits and pieces. The bath was left at the front of the garden for the scrap metal man and was gone when we got back.

Getting rid of the waste ourselves has saved us some money on the quote. Well worth saving on something we can easily do ourselves and very :money:.

Change of plan for lunch! Just realised there's a load of veg LOs from yesterday's dinner so going to fry them up and have with eggs.

Think I'll enjoy that much more than couscous!

Thanks for adding me to the chart. I've only been doing Slimming World for a couple of weeks and it seems to be going okay so far. Luckily my partner (is BF the correct abbreviation for boyfriend?) is really supportive and has chosen all our evening meals this week from a SW recipe book. We're just having to be careful he doesn't lose any weight!

Welcome Vixstar. BF is a sensible abbrieviation for boyfriend.

I have a husband that doesn't need to lose weight. When I cook a meal for 4 I give one serving to my daughter, one to me and two to my husband. Also give him more carbs and less speed. It must be working as in over a year he hasn't lost any weight.

Today looks like an on plan one:

B - Butchers slimmers sausages (2 syns, he promises me there's nothing nasty in them and I've known him 30 years but I count them as 1 each to be on the safe side), in HEXB bread and an apple

D - Leftover Bolognese sauce with 1/2 hexa cheese and a handful of pasta. Another apple :D

    T - Stirfry

The other half of my HEXA will be milk in a cup of tea and an options hot chocolate (2) later.

Well done to all the sotw's.
Thanks for the old and new charts Chris.

Just taken a photo of the sw advert in the chemist window.
No mention of prices or what you get?
    Can anyone enlighten me please?

Right, off to organise the roast for tonight. Don't feel like it but need veg instead of salad, again.

Prices are £4.95 per week, there is also a joining fee of £5 unless you can get hold of a voucher. Unfortunately don't know of any vouchers at the moment but they're quite often in magazines.
