    thank you Maman & Sunshinemummy.

Managed to get to class tonight ( a friends husband drove) and have lost 1/2 lb.
I should not have gone on reflection but hey ho done now!

Glad you are feeling a bit better. It probably did you a bit of good to get out. Hope tomorrow is even more progress. AND you got a loss? :D

  • On Monday night,I posted a 2lb weight gain!Hardly surprising because I have not been as focussed as I should have been,
Onwards and upwards and my Body Magic plan is in full swing now.
    I WILL lose next Monday!!

    OK, don't rub it in!:p:p:p

Rooting for you gigglinggoat. Fingers crossed for Monday.:)

I'm back on plan today in that I'm having a normal Friday/weekend. So I'll be having wine syns even though I shouldn't as I've already had them during the week. :o

Funnily enough I don't really feel any fatter yet despite breaking the syn bank. I went shopping with DD yesterday and size 12 fitted me fine. I'm sure it'll catch up sometime though.:(

I've yet to do my meal plan and shop but I know I have enough in for today's meals.

B: NAS grapefruit, HEB overnight oats with red berries, HEA milk for drinks
L: turkey, bubble & squeak, gherkins
D: baked cod, SW chips, runner beans, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms
    Syns: weekend wine:).

Thanks for that Stoke . That's worth a try. I did try a SW curry once (jalfrezi?) but found it a bit watery. I enjoy Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh but I'd like a syn free chicken curry.

Incidentally how do you get your Speed for the day? I always average mine across the day. Do you have loads of fruit?
