    Hi

i've actually stopped procrastinating today and got some stuff done.

I've sold some books and dvds on music magpie. About £10, that I'll add when it arrives in the bank and I've given shpock a go. I've listed a few things, will see what happens.

I tried to sell a couple of gift cards on zeek but it didn't like them, so a no-go there :(

And I've been on swagbucks. I swear I end up spending more money than I earn on there. I've cleared all the questionnaires. I think I'm completely the wrong demografic as a middle aged white woman, so I barely get to finish one.
How do you all make so much on there?

    Also, what's Mrs Mop?

Sorry if Ive confused anyone with my Mrs Mop :rotfl:

Its just what I put for the couple of hours cleaning I do at my mams house on a Monday.

She is suffering quite badly with COPD (lung problems) and struggles to do the bigger cleaning jobs so I offered my services and she insists on paying me £20.

Not there tomorrow though as they have guests. Will make the mast of extra time at the allotment.

Just £5 swagbucks to add for me. Any newbies just starting out with swagbucks..............I'm afraid to say its going down hill fast and lots of users are giving up on it. I will stick with it for the easy stuff but wont beat myself up to reach any targets.

    Evening

There does seem to be a few changes for the worse on swagbucks at the moment. I have cashed out a £10 agc today but like you KM I won!!!8217;t be busting a gut to reach targets.

Well done on the bs referrals Nicki_Sue. I!!!8217;m in the middle of changing banks again. Wouldn!!!8217;t have bothered again so soon except the one I changed to 6 months ago was TSB. Enough said!

Put in my solar electricity reading today so should get another cheque from them soon.

Good evening all. Hope you are all well.
I have £80 to add too my total from selling a few bits. I am listing more items this evening so hoping for a few more sales over the next couple of days.
My biggest achievement is not buying a new outfit for a wedding on the weekend!I usually would have spent at least £100 on shoes, dress, bag and accessories so not sure if I am allowed to add that to my total as well!

Well done on your sales. :T With regard to not buying a new outfit as it’s technically not money made I would only add it if you actually put the money saved into your savings/pay it off debt etc. Having said that it’s entirely up to you :rotfl:

  • I'm sorry I haven't popped in for ages, I've not been on MSE at all for a while. My signature figures are months out of date so I'd better do something about editing them. Even though I'm not doing the challenge any more I don't want to lose touch with you all.

It seems very quiet on here now, I suspect it was my inane rabbiting that inflated the post count:o. Keep up the good work all you loyal stalwarts:beer:. It would be such a shame for this lovely challenge to fizzle out.

    Take care of yourselves xxx

    Hi

I'm still waiting for money to reach my account to my total is still £3.01....lol I'm not going to make my millions!

I've had a couple of 'offers' from shpock, but I think I've priced my items fairly so I'm not really interested.
I think it's going to be hard old slog selling them. But fingers crossed.

Other than that, I'm pottering away at my everyday job, and relying on my part time job to bring in the extra funds, when I can get a shift.

I think I'm going to have to upgrade my pc sooner rather than later cause it doesn't like any kind of video etc. I think that might help going forward.

Hope everyone is doing okay. :)

I've got money to add..I know, I'm shocked too!

I bought some mouth wash online at the begining of the year. I think my dentist sees me coming, she says buy 'this' and I'm buying a years supply!

Anyway, they couldn't get it through the box (obviously) and I only got around to trying to collect it from the local post office depot and it wasn't there. They only hold things for 18 days (I didn't know that) and they said it's either been returned or at the post office centre in Dublin. I sent an email to the seller and 'voila' they'd had it back and would send a refund.

Do you think they would have kept the money if I hadn't asked for it? lolol

So, that and using a Sainsbury's voucher brings me to £19.66/£310

'Could do better' springs to mind
