LOL, my kids are crazy about these scoobies too, every weekend they're mithering for another pack, either neon or glittery or this or that lol, now they're into the chunky ones. I didn't honestly see the point at first but it kept them quiet, so i couldn't complain.

However I've now learn't how to do it, and I'm addicted lol, can;'t stop blooming doing the things, as soon as the kids are in bed, i'm sneaking about pinching em to do while they're asleep

I need help or therapy ;):D

found this site http://www.boondoggleman.com a very good site shows how to make Scoubidous.

i think half the fun is teaching kids how to make them, well its way better than letting them stare at tv all day (imho).

They were all the rage in Italy when I was there in February/March. I am the proud owner of 2 Scooby Doo keyrings (as they were).

In the UK they're really really annoying as the children in my class think they need to do the damn things during every lesson. Trying to point out that Numeracy, Literacy etc etc is more important than a Scubidou (or whatever they are!) doesn't seem to work - so the children have them taken away from them until the end of the day!!!

The kids in your class should count themselves lucky you give them back, I have taken a tough approach and warned every child that if they play with them in my lesson I will take them away and they don't get them back! They are pretty fun though and an interesting way to have a but if fun, keeps them away from TV/ computer games for a little while anyway!

Try Hama beads :( The damm things get everywhere, the kids get frustrated when they stick to sticky fingers and then Mum gets the pleasure of having to iron the things so they stick together.

Don't I have enough ironing to do already?
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
