please read the NEWBIES thread regarding sending a SAR, IT ALSO HAS ACRONYMS LISTED , so we do not get these basic questions, thank you
I am surprised you have not studied it since this thread was started 12 months ago ?
either the issue is an overstay , or its an unpaid daily charge, has to be one or the other , it cannot be both
the first is being on site longer than the paid for ticket allowed
or
if they have no payment its bilking and no overstay occurred
it cannot be both0 -
I just looked through my paypal, wasnt there BUT i found my payment to SIP Parking on my internet banking app.0

ok , so its more likely that the overstay was in play , so checkout what the IPC CoP says about parking up, reading signs and paying for parking , plus leaving the site once the paid for parking period is over, because those 2 elements make up any alleged overstay
apart from anything else, paying for parking within say 5 to 10 minutes plus 10 minutes or more to leave after the parking period has ended is one of your main defence arguments
DPO is listed in that NEWBIES thread, I checked

Ok i will have a look again.

Suppose i will wait and see what response i get!0 -
Ok, I have had a response from requesting a SAR. Shall i copy and paste their response, minus my personal info...?0

If you have questions on their response to your SAR then let's hear them.0 -
I don't know what to question. The next step I was told was to request a SAR, I'm not sure why. I am just following the advice on here, I won't even know where to begin on breaking it down and what's right or wrong?!0
-
You do know why, it was to 'see their hand'. To see the photos & letters and all data held.
Has it helped you to shed light on the alleged contravention?
Are the photos blurry?
Was the NTK sent within the defined period in the POAF?
Was your phone payment data and times shown?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

as above, the reply to the SAR is supposed to inform you of all the answers to the questions you were unsure about , or didnt know the answers too, especially any issues like the particulars of claim caused by not having the original paperwork or data
if you DID have all that documentation and pictures and data, then you would know the core facts surrounding your case (which you did not know)0 -
This is the photo, slightly blurry, cant really see my plate but they did take a photo of the rear and that was clear.
I am confused as to why I paid £6.20 and 4 hours is £6.00? Is that any kind of point? Yes, they sent me the phone payment date/time.
They sent me pictures of where are all the signs are too. I have fought a ticket before on the grounds of their signage and font size etc...?! Maybe I could look into that?0
