Now, in your most recent post, you appear to have told the world who the driver is.;)

Right iv sent everything off. Im worried and slighlty confused about the issue of not saying who the driver was.....

You obviously have to tell the truth!

But you don't have to reveal who was driving!

No extra named drivers on an insurance policy is irrelevant

The vehicle can be driven by anyone with driving other cars cover on their insurance and your permission

I did say this two months ago in September...do people in real life even say ''had I of''?
had I of come shortly after receiving it
''had I of''? That's not English...

What does it mean: ''if I had''...?

Not saying who was driving, is NOT the same as lying and denying being the driver, if the Judge asks!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

who the driver was as there was only one person on the insurance.(i havent provided docs) and iv seen that someone said they had to swear under oath?

I could have been the driver, as can millions of other insured drivers in the UK

but its all about wording and more importantly about not lying (like pleading the 5th in the USA)

whatever happens, DO NOT LIE IN COURT

on the other hand, dont just blab stuff out giving the claimant more ammunition

If you are asked direcgtly, you cannot lie
You could ask why youre being asked to assist the claimant...but thts unlikely to help matters.

Soo today i spoke to the court help desk to check that theyve recieved my WS and court folder which i hand delivered yesterday(to the court the hearings at) and they said i took it to the wrong court and that everything has to go to norwich court and be emailed! So iv emailed it all over also CEL payed the court fee yesterday so its all going ahead wish me luck guys!
  • HELPPP! i recieved CELs WS a few weeks back, following them recieving mine, today iv recieved a different one from them! Their new one has more detail and lots of photos.(which their original one didnt) there new one attacks things said in my defence and my WS. How are they able to wait for mine then write up a new one??? Theyve included photos of all the signs and positions, a log of car registrations who obtained a permit that day and a few of the letters they sent which were ignored. What can i say about the ignored letters?? They also mentioned that the drivers name and address was not known and i was invited to provide them with the name ect within 28days, which is not true in none of their letters does it mention this. And they are still giving me a chance to pay £100 in full and final settlement within 7days instead of £322..... All my stuff has been sent off now.
  • Im worried about loosing and am debating whether to pay the £100? (Hand over face) what do you guys think?
