Quitting booze is the next step towards a more fulfilling and rewarding life.
Having 'a couple of drinks' as you put it is up to you, but having a long clean break from booze really gives you a different perspective on life.0 -
I get that the tonic water is expensive, but it's a lot cheaper than booze!
I think 'mocktails' can be a good idea if you like the sensation and feel of having a drink - there are lots of recipes available, and you may find you prefer that to a cup of tea, as it 'feels' more like what you are used to.All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
