Can't get insurance for my motorbike because...

The reason it was cancelled is because the lady I was speaking to back in 2016 assumed that a quote for class 3 insurance was a declaration that I would be using it for that reason, namely fast food delivery for Deliveroo. I did not say I would use it for that, I asked them to quote me for it, that is why it was cancelled incorrectly.

When I found out, I was horrified and I admit being frustrated with them, because amongst other things, they were calling me a liar. Until they checked the calls from that day. Another hour or so and I will be on the phone to my insurance company to find out what steps they want to take next. Failure to fix this will end in further action being taken against them, in court if needs be, hoping that is what members here would suggest and assist me on.

Because the ombudsman took the side of Hastings... It was frivolous at that stage since it was clear that it would not have been worth it and would have probably ended in me being hit with both their costs and my own... big bill I did not want.

Turns out that Bikesure think the email from Hastings is fraudulent.

They are now contacting Hastings which is even more delay.

I swear this is the year that life is intentionally made difficult for me by insurance companies.... This is getting to a point now where I can't deal with it anymore, I am sure they are doing it deliberately and doing so when they know my policy expires in just over 2 weeks. There is something seriously wrong with this world, especially when you deal with an insurer like Bikesure who don't offer policies to people who have their policies cancelled "erroneously" by another insurer. I don't understand why this is such a big problem. Why I am being treated like I am some kind of criminal by an insurance company, or why they think I am some kind of fraudster, is this something that they do all the time?

I am sure that this is going to end in court and force them to do something at the discretion of the courts (let them decide).

I need help here! I am close to tears and pulling my hair out!!!!!!!

You posted in a thread on here years ago stating that people sent you death threats, you reported them to Microsoft / Xbox Live and because the moderator claimed you had also sent them abuse that was the reason they provided for banning you as well.

I'm sure when they clarify that the email you got from hostings is legitimate then all will be resolved eventually.

Not a chance. Even that has not helped. I am screwed, I cannot get insurance anywhere at all!
