Can I appeal straight away, or is there a standard days to respond to
NEWBIES thread tells you when to appeal, and it's not yet.

Please just read the NEWBIES thread. Please.

and on website states BPA and IPC but when I looked it up its only on the BPA is there a different way or site to confirm where I stand

You missed this in post #1 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread:
Q - ''My PCN is from UKCPM, or UKCPS, or Millennium (etc.) and it/the signs say they are both BPA & IPC members?''

A - NO, THEY ARE NOT, AND PLEASE NO MORE THREADS ASKING THIS!

In what way is their website incorrect?

They can be members of both those organisations it they wish, but they can only be members of one Approved Operator Scheme.

They are ordinary ''company members'' of the IPC as well, but the important thing for an appeal is knowing whose AOS they are in, and that's the BPA.

You can also easily tell because the appeals drivel on the back, mentions POPLA.
