  • "If you read here properly you see many many threads regarding court cases"

And in each and everyone the defendant has replied to the PCN making a case to argue the charge.
    Don't respond. Simple.

Parking Eye have taken over thirty thousand motorists to court. Most of those were people who ignored everything.

Show me some proof of this where the defendant has ignored all of the letters they've been sent then:T

Search this board. There are hundreds. Many are default judgements where people have moved. Clearly they didn't respond.

No one here is advocating partying up, however Campbells advice is wrong, and could be well cost money.
Only a fool will follow this advice, read the sticky and ignore the prat.
From time to time PPc stooges post on here.

    Same question as before

    What is your agenda?

As no-one here advocates paying except those who like you pop in with an agenda coming from the other side

By replying you are admitting and engaging in most cases that you were the driver of the car and that gives them a motive to pursue the money.

My agenda is not to reply, and these companies would go out of business quickly.

I'd be £3000 worse off if I listened to idiots like you on this forum who advocate paying these blood-sucking companies

Show us where we say that. But on your own thread instead of hi-jacking this one.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Lol whatever dude.
If you're in the wrong you can still get away + save time with not paying by ignoring.

If you want to play cat and mouse then go right ahead.
