PPC PCN and appealing help to understanding

Hi
I!!!8217;m newbie to a parking charge notice. I!!!8217;ve read the thread and am confused on a few points ! Hoping you can give a little guidance
car managed to get a pcn yesterday in car park next to scout hut when collecting son where there were several cars park none with permits and only 3 cars including mine only received the pcn on our windscreens. There is no light and no marked bays either and the signage is so small and on a couple places in the small carpark. So the fact as 3 vehicles received these most me think they stopped issuing them as people were combining in and out of the Hall next too the car park. The sign is so small it was hard to make out the fine £100 even standing under it to read it. (Guessing this is what I!!!8217;d use in my popola only) the firm is a private agency and are on bpa and ipc only.
I took a picture of sign so I could read it, it was that small.
Can I appeal straight away, or is there a standard days to respond to
How does everyone get past not providing contact details and name for the appeal , is it advisable to only offer email address for communication?
Thanks for reading sorry if you!!!8217;ve previously answer these questions and that I!!!8217;ve not found it in the threads

You say that you have "read the thread and are confused". You have been caught in a very sophsticated scam in which these companies con £millions from gullible people using threats, lies, and dodgy solicitors.
Read it again, and again until you understand it. It is not painting by numbers, but it is not rocket science either. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Use it as toilet paper. They have no legal right to make you pay. They wont take you to court. You'll get a few angry letters asking you to pay, an maybe solicitor letters when they sell the debt on. But its all.
Over the last 10 years I have had over 30 parking tickets all over the UK from private managed parking companies and have read and binned every single letter I have received.
All threatening legal action if I dont pay.
Never paid a penny and they all eventually give up trust me.0 -
Campbell - In England and Wales, ignoring stopped being a viable way of dealing with many PPCs back in 2012 - Please read the Newbies Sticky here to bring yourself up to date on what needs to be done now.0

it is because of people like you abusing the system that PPC's exist
You will get caught sooner or later ...

The advice is incorrect - things changed 6 years ago and now you should NEVER ignore a PPC!
In short the advice is NOT to be trusted and could result in you getting a CCJ by default0 -

Given the Supreme Court (there is a clue in the name there) disagree with you I would say you are completely and utterly talking out of your backside.0 -
You all keep paying your substantial 'charges' and I'll keep avoiding them.
If this has changed since 2012 can I ask why then I haven't been taken to court in 5 years?
Maybe they are still building their case against me.. right?
Ha Ha Ha
Also for the poster who has said this "could result in you getting a CCJ by default" is wrong. Obviously you have no idea how the issuance of a CCJ works. You have to be taken to court to get a CCJ.
Obviously IF (MASSIVE IF) you get a court letter through the official channel, then you have your day in court and present your case (which I would be prepared to do), and if you lose then you pay to avoid a CCJ.
Also this "Supreme court ruling" was because the defendant was blatantly in the wrong and then tried to fight the charge. I'm saying ignore. Don't fight it. Don't admit responsibility for the charge. There's a difference.0 -

.
Your response does not need a full reply! Other than advise everyone again to ignore
Don't know what your agenda is.
If you read here properly you see many many threads regarding court cases0 -
A moron who has saved £3000 by not paying these tickets over the years. :j0

Parking Eye have taken over thirty thousand motorists to court. Most of those were people who ignored everything.
We do not tell people to pay. Another point you are wrong on. We get most tickets killed on appeal. No danger of court then.
People who get court claims are assisted with them. We tend to win over 90% of them.
Your approach is frankly idiotic.0
