Where is the word "Disability " used by Doozergirl,i have re-read all the posts and cannot find it,i think you have a chip on your shoulder.
A massive chip and a poor grasp on the English language. No idea where he got that from as there's not even a vague insinuation.
I don't even think I need to explain myself. I meant 'wrong' people meaning people who don't value good work because I don't have people question what we charge.
On reflection, perhaps Roger's quotes don't reflect people's impressions of him.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Roger, do you not have any work on today? It's a bit early to be smoking something you shouldn't be.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I'm having a bathroom fitted out at the moment. I'm supplying the suite, tiles etc but inevitably there's always sundries they need and things like wastes the plumber normally likes the one he likes and won't use one that comes with the suite etc so there will always be some cost for materials. An amount was allowed for all this on his estimate.
I have used him before, but just wanted to say he hasn't asked for a penny up-front. (and the estimate is half of yours)0 -
I'll double check what A/C means, I thought it meant adjust/correct but it wont hurt to check.0

We have an airing cupboard,it is on the landing next to the bathroom, used to store towels, sheets etc. They are put in there to AIR after washing and ironing:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'm not disputing what you are saying - just pointing out that no-one in Ireland at any point in history has ever referred to a hot press as an "airing cupboard".0 -
