Especially in the case of Highview, follow Quentin's advice fully.

In my experience, while gyms provide a disproportionate level of opportunity for parking companies to penalise their members, I don't recognise them as either being willing to put themselves out to get these tickets cancelled, or having any great level of success in doing so.

Don't fall asleep on this.

I got this email from Highview today:

"Dear Madam,

Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

Further to your representations, we have investigated your claims and can confirm that your Notice has subsequently been cancelled in full and no further action will be taken."

I did tweet PureGym and they said they would cancel it their end as well. And they have put much better signs up at the gym so it is clear you need to register to park there.

You have all been brilliant, thank you again!

As long as it's Highview it is like taking candy from a baby!

It's their own choice not to be able to hold keepers liable, relying on victims to blab about who was driving in a weak appeal, or just to pay up like lemmings falling over a cliff. You are neither!
