Jojo, we are here for you, keep posting, as we order you in some food, if your OH seems to be failing in his care duty towards you. I know I don't know all the facts, but he needs to get his act together to help you.
MrsMP, I am sure one day they will work out they have made a mistake
Kitcehn is done
Another tip run is done
It is now raining here, so I am going to set about doing my tax return for 17 / 18 and it is going to take me ages as I don't want to do it, it is boring and I am sure I'll end up owing the HMRC money, I already set aside £(x) per month to cover this, but I still have no motivation to do it.

Morning all.
So far I have walked the dogs, done some of the dailies, done first shift at the paid stuff and got a washload in the machine. Plants are also watered.
Need to pop to PO now to withdraw some money as I am unorganised, then hoover up after some house repairs this morning, then I'll look at the list.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Jojo if I was in a position to do it, I'd be over there and make you a proper meal myself!
In the meantime, I hope to goodness that you've had your blood tests and that some urgent care is being put in place for you.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Morning, all.
Himself shifted his backside to come with me for the vampire appointment - the Nurse took the time to explain what tests had been requested; seemed like All of the Tests , blood sugar, various vitamin levels, the usuals, inflammation markers, just lots and lots of tubes filled. She reckoned that the results would be in tomorrow morning (what? Not 10-14 days? How?) and they'd call me straight away if something urgent showed up.
Beginning to feel wobbly by the time we came back - which was less than an hour after we left - but he actually made food as soon as we walked in.
And he's put a washload on.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Dogs walked again, all except two items now dry from the earlier washload. Must hoover now.Spend less now, work less later.0

Back from a chaotic morning at work. I had a To Do list from last week, did virtually nothing off it, and added some more for next week. One day I'll crack it.
And now I am procrastinating while I decide between clean the bathrooms (really needs doing) or clear the mound of paperwork ( really needs doing...). I have to give a friend a lift later, so I am quite capable of procrastinating with cups of tea until then. Right - I am going to set an alarm for 30 minutes and see where I get to with the bathrooms. Maybe 45 minutes....0 -
Jojo, I've been worried sick all morning about you. I realised, in the end, it was because you seem more concerned about someone else's delicate sensibilites than you are/were by your inability to focus or stay upright, amongst other things.
I'm sorry to have to say this, but when things get so bad that you have to order protein drinks to be delivered to work so that you can get enough nutrition, worrying that someone else will have an attack of the vapours if you ask for beans on toast is not rational. It's thoughtful and kind, but it doesn't solve the immediate problems you're experiencing.
I'm thrilled that he's pulled his socks up today, and I'm sure he's a lovely chap, but you are clearly very under the weather and, if you haven't noticed, quite a lot of us are very worried about you. And we feel helpless.Better is good enough.0 -
