Barclays new scam ?

Hi,
I have a Barclaycard, last month I paid a bit over the minimum payment, I havnt used the card at all. This month I am asked to pay £1.72 more and I note the interest amount has increased although outstanding balance has gone down, clearly they are making it so difficult to understand your statement that you dont notice you are being ripped off.

Hi Old_Codger - welcome to the forum.
The interest on a CC is calculated daily and billed monthly.
