Thanks all, still cig free, day. 3 now. Dh doesn't want to leave London but I really don't like it here. We don't drive and I don't travel very well so we never leave London. For me it's to busy here and bult up. Dh doesn't ever want to buy a place and tbh I doubt we ever could anyway so feel very much stuck in London. It's also so expensive and despite living here for 4.5 years its not a place were you know anyone.

Will have to stick to dreams of buying a place out of London with some land and animals.

    Xx

I know its not quite the same but is there a city farm nearby you could get to, might catch the end of the lambing this year - or one slightly out of London you could access that wouldn't be too stressful for you to travel to? At least it would be a days break from London xx

Oh dear, perhaps have a quick google and see if there are any farms just out of London but closer to you - an hopefully the new anti-anxiety meds will do their bit for you too.

Me good here, thanks for asking - super busy afternoon at work - lots of conf calls, who knew talking for such a long time could be so exhausting :rotfl: Still nice to have the little grey cells given a good exercise too. :) xx

Sounds like a tiring afternoon for you, hope it went quick though.good to hear your well.

The meds are just 10. Tabs of diazepam only to be used in emergencies so got to make them last a few months, that should be fun.

Will have to have a look on google.

PM - just a thought - can you take just half a tablet if you feel the need, try and make them last a little longer?

How are the cigarette free days going?

Do you have a city farm near you? - have a look here - might be just what you need to fel you are in the countryside.

Doh - didn't read your post carefully enough to see you had already asked your DH about city farms.
