Definitely shut the door. We'll use it for DD1 or DD2's friends sleepovers as well (no, they won't sleep in the cot )!
DW loves her utility - we've had the extra freezer in the summer house which hasn't been that convenient in the snow etc. and there's a lot less noise then the washer is on spin!
Builder has been and he's fixed the pipe and covered it all back up so now plumber can come (Weds.) and connect it all up. He'll have to drain all the system again, bleed radiators, etc. but it'll be all done then, phew

Its been over 6 months in the building Jeferey, you will be glad to see the back of the builders and get your home back.

It was only a check up thank goodness. I hate dentists too. All clear for hopefully another 6 months.

Horrible day at work though, really stressful. Just glad to be home now.
