Wow it was windy going to work this morning - car was buffeted about a bit. 30mph wind with gusts to 63 :eek:

Really windy here overnight. Summerhouse door got glass broken as door wasn't closed properly! Bird table broken, lights in garden pulled out of ground and broken, ridge tiles off! A neighbour had a huge trampoline blown into her garden. Glad it is now subsiding.

PM - think it was the worst winds I have ever heard through the night. Quite scary. All quiet now though.

Had a good day today, lunch out with some old colleagues of DH, then went to order my new kitchen this afternoon. Quite excited now, but not looking forward to the mess. Hopefully all worth it in the end though.

Morning all - lovely sunny morning here. Need to get some washing on the line.

Hubby fitting the kitchen PM apart from the worktops. Just waiting for delivery, they could have delivered in 2 weeks but we won't be ready. so not being delivered until mid May. By then we will have old kitchen out and ready to start fitting straight away hopefully.
