How did he buy them? Debit card? He can claim the moneyback from the card company.

He paid by credit card, but they were only around £15 each and he got 2 of the 3 he ordered.

I don't think it will turn up now.:( The missing one was posted on the 11th and the 2 he got were posted on the 14th.

It's worth him contacting his credit card.company and.asking them if.hw can get a refund from them, as company in afministration, he has no way of getting.a.rwplacement.

That's great news, so pleased for you. The incorrect hampers are yours now, they won't come back for them.

Hoping so the cheese was a good hamper well came in a tray but unfortunately was suppossed to be a chilli for DH as he loves chill foods the galaxy came in a really nice but smallish hamper basket and no where near what contents should have been. Reason placed the order originally was the idea of getting nice hampers each month as a treat then being able to reuse the baskets to make other gift hampers for others as look so cute. We would have had 48 in total but atleast this way now got money back and no stress wondering are they going to go bust lesson learn't suppose:(. Think the expression if it sounds too good to be true comes to mind:o. Think I read way back we have to hang on too them for 6 months:eek: as he can legally request them back
