OH and I are going to see Mrs Browns boys at the NEC and to visit Bletchley Park as since seeing the film with Cate Blanchett about the enigma code I've been fascinated by it. Always fancied doing the Upstairs/Downstairs bit but knowing me I would have been one of the servants lol
After seeing Mrs Brown we are staying in the Travelodge so its back to reality :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
:j:j:j well done TS on booking.
Had never heard of Mrs Browns Boys then DS3 started recording them a couple of weeks ago, so I have seen a couple of episods. DS3 thinks these are so funny and keeps giggling so loud when watching them:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: . Mrs Brown reminds me of an Aunt of DH's in Ireland but wonder do we get more out of it due to our Irish routes:D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Some yummy Ferrero Rocher choccies have just fallen in my mouth while I am having my cup of tea.:D:rotfl::D
Had hardly any choccies over Christmas and New Year cos of the lurgy and evrything tasting horrible so this might be like the real Christmas for me - esp with the snow I can pretend I am having my own private white christmas lol

Saw it live before christmas in Liverpool and OH is now well and truly converted. We laughed so much tears were rolling down our cheeks:rotfl:
Seems that the younger generation do love it - DS is a huge fan as well:)
We had really good seats right at the front (cost the earth) but was so worth it as we felt part of the set almost. And really nice cos of the time of year there was some lovely messages being read out. There was a little girl in the audience near to us who had cerebal palsy or something like that and she was beautiful. Her very proud Daddy had left a message for her that Mrs Brown read out that had evrybody in tears - including 'her'. Very magical moment I was proud to be part of. Later on I was chatting to the little girl and her Mummy & Granny. What that little girl had endured in her short life ...................
The NEC tour is Mrs browns new one for this year and a lot of material will probably be the same - but I never tire of it so don't mind.0 -
