Seems that the younger generation do love it - DS is a huge fan as well:)
We had really good seats right at the front (cost the earth) but was so worth it as we felt part of the set almost. And really nice cos of the time of year there was some lovely messages being read out. There was a little girl in the audience near to us who had cerebal palsy or something like that and she was beautiful. Her very proud Daddy had left a message for her that Mrs Brown read out that had evrybody in tears - including 'her'. Very magical moment I was proud to be part of. Later on I was chatting to the little girl and her Mummy & Granny. What that little girl had endured in her short life ...................
The NEC tour is Mrs browns new one for this year and a lot of material will probably be the same - but I never tire of it so don't mind.
Sounds like you had a fab evening and well worth the money you paid to get where you were. You made my eyes well up with tears also at the thought of the little girl how sad that the little ones have to suffer so much life seems so unfair sometimes:(:(:(0 -
PM - go Primark, plenty of PJs to choose.
sorry must dash now, off to play candy saga:DRIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -

May be worth having a look in primark for sleep shirts if not this may sound strange but try mothercare. When I have gone in to have each of my kids I took a nursing nighty these are fab as like a giant tshirt but they have buttons on the front from the neck to the waist (so you can feed bubsy without showing too much to everyone). Maybe ideal for what you need

Sorry AH but this little girl was so so pretty and even with all her problems she gave off a kind of glow - if that doesn't sound daft. And she was obv so special and adored by her family. Really made the day even more special for me :T:T She had ribbons in her hair - something that you don't see very often these days, pretty dress & coat and sparkly shoes. She even had a little bit of make up on. She was determined to enjoy the show and I really think she did. Everybody applauded her after Mrs Browns message and the theatre guys put the spotlight on her to take a bow. And she did albeit with difficulty - bless her x0 -

Ok the kids are now doing my head in !!!! They have too much energy and are racing round the house screaming and chasing each other lol
Think I might try setting up the playhouse in the lounge usually put that up give em the play tea set and some biscuits hopefully that may work I just need half hour of peace I swear I dont know how they have so much energy !!!
Maybe I should give them little buckets and spades and get them to dig the car out of the giant white iceberg in the drive lol
Best part of eBay I think is the look on people's faces when you win something and collect it and it's clear they thought it was goin to sell for more lol we picked up a fire surround and solid marble hearth for £30 couple yrs ago and also got a dining table one yr before Xmas for £10 people almost threw it out the door at us lol, sold it couple weeks into the new yr for £40 afte I got my new one delivered lol0 -

CouponWoman wrote: »Re HMV
you can only exchange your HMV vouchers at asda and tesco if you can prove you bought them off that store I think now. Which is great for a lot of people.
But
My ds ordered 3 Blu Rays from HMV before they went into administration and only 2 have arrived out of the 3 even though they have taken the money for all 3 of them.
Now we don't know who to contact as the web site has shut down.

How did he buy them? Debit card? He can claim the moneyback from the card company.0 -

Aww Bless her, and it must have been a lovely moment for her family also cos life is so hard for them, always having to battle for resources that are scarce in coming forward. I think I know what you mean about a kind of glow, some people were just born to be special/warm and sometimes it radiates from them for everyone to see.:A0 -
Blue managed to get my money back for Norfolk hampers via Paypal checked CC today:j:j:j. Now got to hang on to the incorrect hampers to see what will happen to them. So glad as wouldn't want to be waiting each month wondering were these going to turn up:(0
