    I've had the correspondence to say that the case has been referred to my local court, does this mean there will definitely be an in-person hearing?

    It just means it has been referred to your local court, which it has to be papers or not.

    Maybe check with the court. That would be hghly sensible.

    As you could have guessed, or should have seen, given weve referred you there everytime!

    WS is just a WS. Not a "pack". You wil have a bundle of docs bythe end of it, of which the WS is just one.

    What is the date, and when is your deadline for sending in docs?
