    Thank you!
Should I submit the full defence to the court now then?

Printed and ready to send tracked to the court. Can I get your final approval please?
Thanks for the guidance so far

What is this 'send tracked' you speak of?

Send your Defence by email like everyone else does:
Once you are satisfied with the content -
    1) print your Defence
    2) sign it
    3) scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    4) send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    5) just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.

Hi KeithP, thanks for the input.

It's suggested in one of the newbie links 'Court Claim Procedure (updated October 2016)' to print and post (registered) (or tracked), but good to know I have the option of emailing as well, ta:money:

We always suggest emailing, as it's free and immediate and provable.

    Go for it.

    Hi

Yesterday, I received Parkingeye's completed 'Small claims allocation questionnaire' (which seems only partly filled out..), but haven't yet received a copy for me to complete, any ideas?

Yes, read the NEWBIES thread! It tells you 'what happens when' re the N180 DQ.

I have! It says you both receive a form to complete. My query was that I haven't received my copy...

It will come but to save you time, just download a blank one (N180) from the internet and fill it out as suggested in the Newbies thread

You can opt for a papers only hearing at this stage if you are happy to trust to your arguments. In this case you seem to have a reasonable case based on the grace periods.
