What is this 'send tracked' you speak of?
Send your Defence by email like everyone else does:Once you are satisfied with the content -
1) print your Defence
2) sign it
3) scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
4) send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
5) just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.0 -
Hi KeithP, thanks for the input.
It's suggested in one of the newbie links 'Court Claim Procedure (updated October 2016)' to print and post (registered) (or tracked), but good to know I have the option of emailing as well, ta:money:0 -
We always suggest emailing, as it's free and immediate and provable.

It will come but to save you time, just download a blank one (N180) from the internet and fill it out as suggested in the Newbies thread
You can opt for a papers only hearing at this stage if you are happy to trust to your arguments. In this case you seem to have a reasonable case based on the grace periods. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
