Woohoo! We are back!
Sod you sad bugs who attacked the site!
Now thats over, I have been keeping up. Got a TD whoohoo!
Kids rooms later as I have promised to deliver some nice menus to my Mum's work ( I seem to be the person who gets to type up the menu's and then I get free food, so all's good) need a shower first and drop DS2 at nursery. He is to dress up first.
Just had a friend tell me something that she has kept to herself for the past 5 years so I have been sitting in tears most of the morning and no idea what to say to her. No doubt the house will get scrubbed later because of it. Off to post a wee 'hug' box I made ages ago and never got round to posting. Let her know I'm thinking about her.
Hubby did the dishes yesterday which was nice of him... but.. made :coffee: and the mug tasted of soap! eurgh!
Will catch up on posts later. Nice to see us all back though!0 -
Morning guys.
kids at school I'm drinking tea and preparing myself to scoop the stuff out the pumpkin - doing it in the garden as I am not good with the smell of it - rubber gloves I think. Was considering cooking some for pumpkin pie but need to google a receipe - not sure how you have enough left for the lantern.
Also got a couple of surveys to do online before a quick trip to MR T with the last of my coupons.
Got one of those bad feelings today (who had that before polly/poohbear?) so hoping it is not relating to Matthew and worried that Lil me has not been on here.
Halloween hugs to you lovlies and cackles to the mean ones. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Morning all
Still very quiet on here, guess maybe people have not sussed the board is up and running again (or unlike me they have a real life:D ).
Not much so far just the usual morning dash of pack ups, plating hair:eek: and getting DD1 to school. DD2 not at nursery till this pm but we have done her pumpkin this morning and she is now happy - it had to have ears!
My dresses arrived and I like all of them    , this is unheard of and never even happened when I was a size 10/12. If anyone is an ample size 18 or bigger M&S have some fab dresses. These ones cut in at the cleveage, which is not a look I go for usually but showing a bit of boob or bulging belly and the boobs are gonna win. They are A-line so skim over the rest of you so JillD will definately hide that baby jelly belly (though as your little one is still little I think your allowed, its just mine is now 3 1/2 year old). Will have to be fashion show tonight and put it to the family vote.
DD2 currently doing cutting out so will leave hoovering through till she has finished.
Hoping Baby Matthew is holding on in there and that no news is good news - positive vibes being sent XXX
Off to look what todays task should be.0 -
Dusty.. positive thoughts only please!!! I'm sure I have a fabby pumpkin pie recipe somewhere..
Guns.. they were supposed to have already left and they just weren't co-operating.. I got to school and the head was doing observations in the nursery so I was clocked for getting there at 9:10am.. when in fact we had been up since 6:30am so no excuse.
Lil_me .. I hope the reason you're not about is that crappy dial-up!!! ((((hugs))))
Frankie ... DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF!!
STILL waiting for hubby to bug off to work.. he decided to go play with his rattles instead of getting ready so is in the shower now.. bet I get the blame!!
Tiddles playing with Mondays playdough. I want to make some red buns today.. should be fun.
